In February of 2005, the Dispute Resolution Board became responsible for the long-term storage of the Yukon Enrollment Commission’s documents and records consisting of the fourteen Yukon First Nation’s land claims enrollment records. The Dispute Resolution Board isn’t mandated under the Yukon land claim final agreements to continue as a central enrollment office. The Yukon First Nations have assumed the responsibilities of their enrollment under Chapter 3 of their final agreements. The history of the Yukon land claims enrollment is under the downloads tab.

The chairperson of the Dispute Resolution Board shall appoint a single arbitrator to hear and determine an appeal resulting from any decision of a Yukon First Nation with respect to Yukon land claims enrollment
